Additional Details

• New demonstrators who submit their Independent Demonstrator Agreement (IDA) before 3 May or after 31 May will not be eligible for this promotion.
• Refer to the Demonstrator Policies document for more information on new team member policies.
• New team members may not use their team leader’s shipping address to ship their kit. 
• New team members may only pay for their kit using a credit card on which they are listed as an authorized user. 
• Team leaders should verify that new team members are using their own Social Security Number (US) or Social Insurance Number (CA). 
• Failure to adhere to these rules will likely delay or invalidate your new team members’ sign-up process.
